Founder

My name is Jazmin Ruiz! I am a Licensed Therapist and a Faith + Mindset Coach. In 2018, I began seeking God for the answer to why I was created. As a new mom trying to figure out who I was, God began revealing my identity in Him and His good plans for my life. That experience seared in my heart the importance of being in alignment with God. I was tired of trying to figure out the answers to those BIG LIFE QUESTIONS ALONE. Several years later, Building Her Up was born.

Along with my professional life, I am also a wife, mother of 2 girls, and a homeschooling teacher. I enjoy traveling with my family, quaint meet-ups with friends to talk life, and working out.
