Founder

My name is Jazmin Ruiz. I am a licensed mental health therapist and a faith-filled life coach. I've worked with countless women of all ages to support their mental health needs. One theme that continued to arise was the desire for purpose—one that I could resonate with.

In 2018, I started to seek God for the answer to why I was created. As a new mom trying to figure out who I was, God began revealing my identity in Him and His good plans for my life. That experience seared in my heart the importance of purpose. Several years later, Building Her Up was born. I am here to develop the daughters of God. With one-on-one coaching, she will come to discover her God-given purpose and create a plan to see it come to pass.
